Leo Spiegel: Leo is currently Managing Partner at Mission Ventures. Leo is the former President of Digital Island, Inc., a leading provider of global e-business network and content delivery services. Leo is a Director of Akonix Systems, Entropic Communications, Greenplum, DevZuz, Mochila, Slacker, TransChip, and Vativ Technologies.

Andrew Tang: Andrew is currently a founding Managing Director of the DFJ DragonFund China with over 15 years of operating, R&D, investment banking and investing experience in the IT industry. Mr. Tang has led and managed investments in Miartech, Mobim, Yeepay, Broadbus (MOT), Imago Scientific, Zettacom (IDTI), Packet Video, NuTool (ASMI), Santur, and Corrent. Most recently, he was a partner and member of the investment committee at Infineon Ventures.

Rick Weil: Rick was formerly President of FUN Technologies Inc. (TSX/AIM: FUN), a market leader in two of the fastest-growing sectors of interactive online gaming -- fantasy sport services and skill gaming. Prior to joining FUN, Mr. Weil was the Corporate Vice President of International Business Development for Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq:SGMS). Before that he was a senior management consultant at Monitor Company.

Allen & Company LLC is a privately-held merchant banking operation founded in 1922. The firm has a specialty in media, sports, communications & technology. Recent investments in sports-related businesses have included StubHub (purchased by eBay), College Sports Television (purchased by CBS) and Classic Sports Television (purchased by ESPN).

Carl Chang, Investor and Advisor: Carl was Tennis Magazine's Coach of the Year in 1996. He later founded CMCB Ventures LLC, and is the CEO of the Chang Family Foundation. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan Hayes Co.
