Executive Management

Kelly Perdew, CEO: Kelly has held numerous leadership positions in such companies as ProElite, CoreObjects Software, MotorPride.com, K12 Productions, and eteamz.com. As the President of ProElite.com a subsidiary of ProElite, Inc, Kelly built the largest social networking platform for mixed martial arts and helped raise over $40M and develop partnerships with CBS, Showtime, IMG and numerous web properties. Prior to ProElite, Kelly was the winner of the second season of NBC's "The Apprentice" and worked with the Trump Organization as a Senior Vice President on real estate projects. Kelly was the President of eteamz.com (now a part of Active Networks) which serves more than 3 million amateur sports teams. After earning a bachelor's degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point, Kelly served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and Airborne Ranger. Kelly earned an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a JD from the UCLA School of Law. Kelly is also the current champion of his 12-team fantasy football league and is a die-hard Denver Broncos fan.

Dave Wu, President & Co-Founder: David has a 15-year track record of successful Internet and technology-based ventures. He was a pioneer in the Internet Service Provider business co-founding VR One Net in 1994, where he served as COO. David also served as General Manager of Teltron Computers. Prior to founding RotoHog.com, he was the CEO of SportsSE, Inc. David attended UCLA for his undergrad studies, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania for his MBA.

Kenneth Hong, Executive VP of Strategy: Kenneth is a software industry veteran with extensive international business experience, and has held principal and management positions at IBM and Oracle Corporation. Ken holds bachelor and master degrees from Stanford University and graduated with honors from The Wharton School's MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Stark, CTO: Michael most recently was SVP, Engineering & Technical Operations, at YouBet.com. Previously Michael served in numerous management positions with Edenet Communications, Vertel, the BELLSOUTH Company DataServ, Inc. and NCR/Teradata Corporation. He was also a consultant and software engineer at Science Application International, Informatics General Corporation (Sterling Software) and the Federal Reserve Bank. Michael is a near 30-year veteran of the technology industry. He earned a BS in computer science from the Jerusalem Institute of Technology in Jerusalem, Israel.

Scott Kriz, VP of Product: Scott oversees the development of all web-based products. Prior to joining RotoHog, Scott was the Director of Product at ProElite, where he was responsible for a robust community of Mixed Martial Arts fans as well as the Video on Demand and a directory of schools. Previously, Scott was Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology for MindEdge, Inc. a company that Kriz helped found in 1999. He was also a founding member of CollegeTownUSA, a successful developer of Web communities for students, alumni, parents, and professors. Scott further developed his skills as a systems engineer at General Electric and Raytheon. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.

Chris Austin, Sr. Director of Marketing: Chris has been an innovator in the marketing and advertising industry for over a dozen years. Working at advertising agencies like Bernstein Rein, MMG Worldwide and Callahan Creek, Chris was involved in major brand initiatives for a diverse collection of clients including Westin, Norwegian Cruise Line, Blockbuster and Pepperdine University. He has served as Creative Director, Copywriter, Strategic Planner and was most recently Vice President, Creative at Kaiser Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas.
