Why am I unable to buy players on the Trading Floor?
There are several reasons why you might not be able to purchase a player on the Trading Floor:
- You do not have enough RotoHog dollars to purchase the player you are trying to buy. Try selling a player to generate funds. Also you must keep the transaction fee in mind when figuring the price of a player you wish to purchase.
- You do not have enough room on your team to buy the player. Try selling a player to make room on your roster before you buy.
- You are attempting to purchase a player when the trading floor is closed. Remember, trading floor hours are between 9 AM PST and 12 midnight PST, and the market may be closed for a few minutes at Noon, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm PST for updates.
- The player is sold out. In this rare event, you'll have to wait until another manager sells this player before you can buy him.
Customer service hours are from 9am - 5pm PST, any emergency issues will be handled as soon as possible.
