You must use a valid email address in order to receive your welcome email with a copy of your login and password information. Check your spam filter for the password email. If you still cannot find the password email, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Occasionally, the email we send you may be caught in the spam filter. To avoid this, you can add our email address: admin@rotohog.com to your address book. If none of the above steps work please email customerservice@rotohog.com and they will take care of it for you.
